We Have multiple Ways to make thanksgiving easy as possible.
Over a decade long tradition, our Thanksgiving Catering service is now live.
As a smokehouse, we bring an added kick to the traditional Thanksgiving fare.
OUR SMOKED TURKEYS JUST
TASTE DIFFERENT.
OUR TURKEYS ARE SMOKIN' GOOD.
While it is very possible to oven cook a turkey to be tasty, all it takes is a ten
minute diversion to throw you off your game, and be left with a dry bird to serve.
With our years of expertise using our smoker to serve the best cuts of prime rib,
pork, and poultry, it is only fitting we continue this tradition of offering smoked
turkeys for you to enjoy.
Slow-smoked for several hours with our in-house secrets to keep the bird juicy
and full of flavor, we get the turkey primed, and
ready for you just to heat up and serve.

Our Prime Rib Dinner makes for a great alternative to turkey or a compliment for
larger gatherings.
If you are new to EPIC, and are curious, we invite you to drop by and sample the
Prime Rib. When you visit us, just mention you saw the Turkey ad and wanted to
see what the Epic smoked experience is all about, and our servers will offer
off-menu pricing for the Prime Rib.

TURKEY DINNER - $199
Our Smoked Whole Turkey dinner comes ready with all the important things, big
and small to compliment the turkey, an 8oz Cranberry sauce, herb stuffing, gravy,
mashed potatoes and creamed corn (replacing green beans).
Available without sides as well.

OUR SIDES WON'T DISAPPOINT.
Our sides leverage the same philosophy that we leverage in our standard menu,
flavor first. Our vegetables and fruits are farm-fresh so they provide that clean
contrast to the rich smoky flavors of our proteins and savory sides.
This year we are providing two sizes, the standard which feeds 6-8, and the
large which feeds 20-25.
